Introducting Botzee, the world’s first modular purpose built autonomous robot for hospitals. Botzee is working with healthcare providers to increase productivity and improve operational efficiencies through autonomous mobile robotics.
why botzee?
Labor Shortage
Currently, there is a huge labor shortage of healthcare employees who transport goods and patients within hospitals.
Heavy Lifting
Transporters must push and pull 400+ LB carts up and down steep gradients in hospitals (up to 7%) for several hours per day.
Unfilled Positions
Hospitals run on carts, however these are back breaking jobs which are increasingly more difficult to fill and retail.
Botzee addresses both the huge labor shortage and elimination of physically demanding and repetitive tasks within hospitals through autonomous mobile robots.
covid-19 DISINFECTION
Botzee is working with hospitals in providing proven UVC solutions in conjunction with our autonomous mobile robots. Botzee robots equipped with UVC are able to go to patient rooms and disinfect them remotely, reducing HAIs, saving time and money.
technology
Botzee is a contactless and pandemic proof solution. Hospitals can expect operational efficiencies to improve as well.
Botzee does it better by utilizing a modular approach. We use a base robot that houses sensors and software, and add specific modules on top for different use cases.
Orchestration of services, in conjunction with applications software, Botzee is able to service existing challenges and tackle new ones while meeting business goals.
Botzee is able to: move dietary carts, linen carts, EVS (trash, biohazardous waste), delivery of medications, autonomously disinfect with UV light, specimens and medical supplies with a secure chain of custody and even patient bed moving.
who are we
We’re nextdoor neighbors who have always had a deep desire for building products that make a positive impact on people’s lives. The two of us were chatting at our local YMCA when we got the idea for Botzee.
